Bain & Company, one of the elite "MBB" global management consulting firms, is hiring Associate Consultants across its global office network, including Bengaluru and Mumbai. In this high-impact strategic role, you will be embedded from day one inside case teams to help C-suite executives and senior leaders solve their most complex corporate challenges. Moving beyond passive data gathering, you will own discrete, critical workstreams. You will break down complex corporate hurdles using hypothesis-led thinking, build multi-variable financial models, conduct market sizing, run scenario planning, and utilize emerging digital architectures—including generative AI platforms—to translate raw telemetry into actionable, board-ready strategic initiatives.

• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to construct structured data models and derive business insights from ambiguous information.
• Clear, concise written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with absolute fluency in English (local language variations may apply based on international office selection).
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority workflows, adapt to changing case requirements, and maintain intense attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Complete willingness to travel frequently and work onsite at client locations or local Bain offices in fast-paced environments.
